OUR VALUES

  • Respect is the key value for Joga.

  • Players are expected to give maximum effort at all Joga activties, if that’s games or training sessions all players must ensure they give 100%.

  • A willingness to learn ensures our players are always keen to learn & improve as futsal players. Open to learning from coaches & peers to ensure continuos development

  • Friendship is so vital for Joga, something we value so highly is the ability to bring players together from different football clubs, ages, areas, schools and even on occasions countries and having the ability to build positive relationships and building a friendship are not only beneficial to Joga as a club but most importantly, for each individual for their lives outside of sport.

Inside the sport it helps just give that little extra for each other we believe and sometimes it’s by chance that you meet but. . . It’s by choice you become friends.

  • Futsal is a sport where team work is so important, with only 4 team mates you must work together, run for each other, support each other and be prepared to be unselfish throughout the sport. The team always comes first at Joga, we are passionate about individual development but the players, parents, siblings & supporters must commit to the team first. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much!

  • Passion is a trait that we believe is so vital to success both individually and as a team, having a desired passion to be successful, to be the best you can be and to share that passion with your team mates is something that we believe can transfer to your team mates, coaches, parents & supporters. Passion is not something that can be faked, you either have it or you don’t, but we believe passion is one of the most important values in any human being, no matter what you want to do in life, be passionate!

  • We want all of our players to be ambitious, have ambitious of being a professional futsal or football player, envisage what it would be like to play with the worlds best or representing your country. . . .

A dream becomes a goal when action is taken!
